Firefighters Respond To House Fire Wednesday Night

A fire in the Welcome Hill area ended with a house totally destroyed.  According to reports, the Trion Fire Department responded to a call about a house on Chandler Road.  By the time the fire department arrived on the scene, the structure was fully engulfed in flames.  No one was injured in the blaze.  The American Red Cross was called in to assist the residents of the house.  No word as to the cause of the fire at this time.
