Subject Arrested After Throwing Rocks At Man

On Sunday of this week, a Chattooga County Sheriff’s Deputy responded to a call about damage to property on Roberts Street.  When the deputy arrived he spoke with the complainant who said that twenty-five-year-old Miguel Pierce had thrown a rock and shattered the glass in a door, and then threw a rock at the complainant.  The responding deputy determined that Pierce had active warrants and advised Summerville Police who apprehended Pierce near Alexander Street in Summerville.  In addition to his outstanding warrants, Miguel Pierce was charged with criminal trespass in connection with the incident.
