Hunter Hines, a cranio warrior, is working alongside his family to raise awareness for a condition known as Craniosyntosis. Hunter, born with this condition, wants to give back to the non profit that so generously gave to him during his surgery.
Some Saturday fun is coming up this weekend. Get the family out and enjoy vintage cars, barbecue, great music, and homemade ice cream all at the beautiful setting of Sloppy Floyd State Park. The North Georgia Cruisers will have vintage cars on hand and all proceeds from this event will go the Friends of James H. Floyd State Park. The event will be held from 10 AM until 2 PM at James H. “Sloppy” Floyd State Park in Summerville.

The Living with Vision Loss Peer Support group will be meeting, Thursday, May 10th at Oakview Rehabilitation center. The meeting will be held at 2:30 PM. There will be fun, fellowship and resources to assist people who have experienced vision loss. Everyone is welcome to attend.
