The application alleges an incident occurred on March 3, 2025. According to the application filed by Wilson, Commissioner Allen “assaulted me by opening my truck door and trying to pull me out of my truck cause he had to wait for me to back in off road – tore my shirt about off me.” The application claims the alleged assault stemmed from a disagreement over a traffic delay.
