Chattooga County residents are encouraged to secure their tickets immediately for the annual “Breakfast with Santa” event, a popular holiday fundraiser benefiting the Chattooga 4-H program. This cherished community tradition, organized through a partnership involving the UGA Extension and the Chattooga County Farm Bureau, will take place on Saturday, December 6th.
The festive breakfast offers families a chance to kick off the holiday season while directly supporting local youth development initiatives.
A Morning of Holiday Cheer
The event is scheduled for Saturday, December 6th, running from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Santa’s helpers will be serving the meal at the Chattooga County Agricultural Center, located at 40 Middle School Road in Summerville, GA 30747.
Attendees can enjoy a hearty breakfast and mingle during the high-demand event. Local sponsors, including Walmart and the Georgia Farm Bureau, are supporting the effort to ensure the morning is a success for the children of Chattooga County.
A special note for attendees: photos taken throughout the morning will be made public and shared on Facebook, offering families easy access to personal memories from the day.
Supporting Chattooga County 4-H
The primary goal of the “Breakfast with Santa” is fundraising. All proceeds generated from ticket sales directly benefit the Chattooga County 4-H program, helping fund educational opportunities, competitive events, and scholarships for local youth throughout the year.
Ticketing and Logistics Crucial
Community members are urged to act quickly, as seating is strictly limited to 200 tickets to ensure a comfortable experience for all guests.
Absolutely no tickets will be sold at the door.
Tickets are priced at $10 per person, and both adults and youth require a ticket for entry.
Advance Tickets are currently on sale at two locations:
- The Chattooga County 4-H Office
- The local Farm Bureau Office
Due to the limited capacity, the 4-H Office advises the public to purchase tickets well in advance of the December 6th date.
