Chattooga Curtain Call is bringing the swamp to the stage with its upcoming production of “Shrek The Musical JR.!” Based on the beloved DreamWorks Animation film and hit Broadway show, this hilarious and heartwarming musical promises to be a “big bright beautiful world” for both performers and audiences. Open to students entering 3rd through 12th grade, the production will be directed by Kayla Willingham with Assistant Director Brianna Spraggins. Students are invited to register by next Monday, May 12th for the opportunity to join Shrek, Fiona, Donkey, and a host of other fairy tale misfits on an unforgettable adventure. “Shrek The Musical JR.” tells the story of Shrek, a misunderstood ogre, who embarks on a quest to rescue Princess Fiona and unexpectedly discovers true acceptance and love along the way.
