The Chattooga High School Class of 1968 is preparing for its annual get-together, inviting all classmates to reconnect and reminisce on Saturday, September 20.
The reunion is scheduled from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. and will be held at the Red Lobster located on Shorter Avenue in Rome.
Organizers are extending a warm invitation to all members of the Class of 1968, hoping for a strong turnout this year. The event promises a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere, with casual dress encouraged. The primary aim is for former classmates to catch up, share memories, and simply enjoy each other’s company.
“We really hope to have a great turnout this year,” stated Vicki McKenzie McCorsley, one of the event’s organizers. “Just come and enjoy catching up with your high school friends. We promise you we will have fun, and you will leave looking forward to the next year when we meet again.”
Classmates are encouraged to spread the word to anyone they know from the Class of 1968 who might be interested in attending.
For any questions or additional information, classmates can contact Vicki McKenzie McCorsley directly. She can be reached via text or call at 770-313-5207, or by email at barisaxmike@aol.com.
“I cannot wait to see everyone in September,” McCorsley added, expressing her excitement for the upcoming gathering.
