Commissioner-Elect Andy Allen will be sworn in as Chattooga County’s Sole Commissioner at the Chattooga County Courthouse on Friday.  Allen will take office on January 1, 2025.  Allen stated, “For all of those that can attend, please feel free to join us at the courthouse on December 27th at 11 o’clock where I will be sworn in as your next Commissioner. Thank you citizens of Chattooga County for your continued support and I look forward to seeing you all there”.  The swearing-in ceremony will take place in the main courtroom, upstairs at the courthouse in Summerville.
