Chattooga County Commissioner Blake Elsberry said this week that he will be seeking a bid on re-roofing three county buildings and plans to release the bid next week.

Recently, American Roofing won the bid to replace the roof on the Chattooga County Courthouse.  The commissioner applied to the county’s insurance company to have repairs on the roofs of three more county-owned buildings.

Those include a building at Chattooga County Public Works on Stockade Road; the Chattooga EMA/911 headquarters and the Chattooga County Senior Center.

Elsberry says that all three roofing jobs will be included in one package.
