A deputy was dispatched to Wal-Mart on Thursday of last week concerning a man who had been previously banned from the local Wal-Mart who had allegedly stolen some allergy medication.

The Wal-Mart loss-prevention employee told the deputy that Xavier Brown had entered the store and selected a box of allergy medication and then checked at the pharmacy on prescription.  Wal-Mart says that there was no prescription at the pharmacy for Mr. Brown.

Brown then allegedly exited the store without paying for the allergy pills.

A short time later, Brown reportedly returned to the store and returned the allergy medication and received a cash refund of $12.78.

The loss-prevention clerk said that Brown had been previously banned from the store.
