Monday, March 20th, GA Forestry will be conducting a prescribed burn along the Southside of Taylor’s Ridge.
This will include around 600 acres of thick timber and underbrush.

Please understand that these types of prescribed burns are critical to the health of the forest as well as helping control wildfires later in the year.

Please don’t call E911 due to seeing smoke or flames during the day as Forestry units will be on-screen during the entire event.
