The Chattooga County Democratic Party has announced its next regular meeting, scheduled for Monday, July 21, where attendees will hear from State Senate candidate Jack Zibluk. The meeting will take place at the Chattooga County Senior Center, also known as Chattooga Nutrition, located at 184 Senior Drive in Summerville.
The event is set to begin at 6 p.m. with a general overview of the latest news and activities within the local Democratic Party. Following this, Jack Zibluk, who is challenging incumbent State Senator Colton Moore for the district, will be the featured speaker.
Zibluk is expected to share his vision for the district and will be available to answer questions from the audience regarding his motivations for running for the State Legislature. According to the Chattooga County Democratic Party, Zibluk is anticipated to be “a great advocate for Chattooga” and possesses “the background to make a difference” in the State Legislature.
The party encourages all “like-minded citizens” to attend the gathering to learn more about Zibluk’s campaign and interact with local Democratic leaders. Light refreshments will be provided.
