An Armuchee area family is seeking the public’s help in locating a stolen Kubota cab tractor and a batwing brush cutter that were taken from their backyard in Floyd County. A significant reward of $1,000 is being offered for information leading to an arrest in the case.

According to Darlene Floyd Shore, the owner, the equipment was reported missing from a residence in the Floyd Springs area of Armuchee. She estimates the theft occurred at least four days prior to her public appeal. The stolen items include a orange Kubota cab tractor, and a large batwing brush cutter.

Shore has taken to social media to appeal directly to her neighbors and the wider Floyd County community for assistance. She is offering a $1,000 reward for any information that directly leads to an arrest in connection with the theft. Notably, Shore emphasized, “No questions asked!” in her plea, aiming to encourage anyone with knowledge, regardless of their circumstances, to come forward without fear.

“If any Floyd Springs area or Armuchee people see this Kubota Tractor and bush hog it was taken from our back yard at least 4 days ago,” Shore posted. “We are offering $1000 reward for any information leading to an arrest. No questions ask!!”

Anyone who may have seen the Kubota cab tractor or the large brush cutter in an unusual location, or has any details regarding its whereabouts, is urged to come forward. Information can be shared directly with Darlene Floyd Shore via Facebook, or by contacting the Floyd County Police Department.
