A twelve year old child was cited for driving without a license after he decided to take a vehicle and drive to a relatives house.  According to the Georgia State Patrol, the child was home alone when he took a Chevy C-10 truck and was travelling on Rocky Hollow Road.  State Troopers say that the boy was negotiating a curve when he ran off the right side of the road. 

The truck travelled 120 feet and the child over-corrected causing the truck to rotate into the other lane.  The driver then over-corrected again and travelled off the road and struck a ditch.  The report stated the boy travelled a total of 254 feet out of control before coming to a stop.  The child was not injured in the accident.
