The Rome News Tribune reported over the weekend that candidates wanting to unseat Marjorie Taylor Greene to represent the Fourteenth Congressional District of Georgia have been busy raising money, and so has Rep. Greene.

For now, four Democrats and one Republican have announced that they plan to challenge Greene.  While most of the money being donated to those looking to unseat Greene come from donors in Georgia, the Rome News Tribune says that Rep. Greene has been “busy criss-crossing the country to raise funds.”

According to the paper, “Greene’s donors were from almost every state in the nation and many of them made monthly contributions. Of the hundreds reported in her second quarter filing, 36 of them were from the 14th District and a majority of those were women.”

Georgia’s 14th Congressional District covers the counties of Floyd, Gordon, Polk, Chattooga, Walker, Catoosa, Dade, Whitfield, Haralson, Murray and Paulding, and part of Pickens.
