Gordon County Sheriff deputies arrested two Alabama men for drug trafficking after they seized cocaine that was valued at over $180,000.
Officers tried to stop a car on Wednesday for a traffic violation near I75 and Hwy 53. The car did not stop, but was finally detained when it was blocked by another unit at a gas station. A drug dog was called to the scene where it discovered a half dozen kilos of cocaine.
Police arrested Terrias Donta Cain, 24, of Athens, Alabama and Michael D. Mosley, 24 also of Athens, Alabama.
They are charged with trafficking cocaine.
