It is opening day for the 2024 Chattooga County Agricultural Fair.  The fair gates will open at 5 PM this evening.  Regular gate admission is $5 each night of the fair, but tonight is Student Night, sponsored by the City of Summerville.  Students will get free gate admission.  Chattooga County Volunteer Fire Departments will be coordinating parking at the fair and a donation is suggested.  All of the parking donations go to local fire departments.  Also, a reminder, students in the Chattooga County School System will have early release today at 1:30 PM for the fair.  You can see more information about the fair schedule and pricing below:
