The Chattooga County 4-H chapter sent a total of eight 4-H’ers to the annual 4-H Fall Forum held at Rock Eagle, December 11th - 13th. 

Those attending the event included Cam Anderson, Bronson Champion, Kender Conner and Kaitlyn Conner, Chandler Godfrey, Rachel McWilliams, Taylor Ozment and Hamp Thomas.

The Fall Forum is a 4-H event that includes a 5k Color Run, with proceeds going toward the construction of new cabins; numerous classes ranging from crocheting to learning to better clean our waterways and contribute to many other community services, are also taught by 4-H members.     

The gathering also includes a dance, and the grand finale for the annual event is the special guest speaker – and this year’s very special speaker, was none other than a former Georgia 4-H alumni member – the current Miss America, Betty Cantrell.
