North Georgia Electric Membership Company says that 97 customers in Chattooga County are without power on this cold morning.  Customers on Harrisburg Road, Hemphill Road, Teloga Road and other areas east of Highway 337 are without power.  Crews are on the scene working to restore power.  Also, TVA customers in Cherokee County, Alabama are without power this morning and Georgia Power reports about 500 customers without power in Floyd County.
