MRS. MILDRED MARJORIE FOSTER JONES – AGE 80, – Of Lyerly, Georgia passed away on Monday, February 21, 2022. She was born on August 22, 1941 to the late Oscar Ladell Foster and Mattie Louise Nichols Foster. She was preceded by her grandparents John and Mary Nichols Foster, sisters, Cavaretta Foster, Juanita Foster London, brothers, John F. Foster, Ferris Foster, daughter, Angelita Evans, and son, Juan Evans.

Survivors are her loving and devoted husband, Ivory Jones, Jr.; daughters, Cecelia Evans; sons, Stacey (Deborah) Evans, Steffen Evans; four stepdaughters, Jenice Jones, Tracey Jones, Vivian Jones (Pastor David, III) Beverly, Vicki Jones; stepson, Pastor Ivory (Michelle) Jones, III; eleven grandchildren, seventeen great grandchildren; sisters, Deloris Foster Jackson, Mozelle Foster Patterson, Clementine Foster Stallings, Cathy Foster Adams; brother, Preston Foster; aunt, Lurline Foster Adams; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.

Funeral Service will be Sunday, February 27, 2022 at 2:00 P. M. at New Bethel Baptist Church, 281 Georgia Avenue, Summerville, Georgia 30747 with Pastor Ivory Jones, Jr. as Eulogist and Pastor Kevin Roach, officiating. The family will receive friends at the church one hour before the service. Interment, Garmany Cemetery. Arrangements by Willis Funeral Home, Inc., Dalton, Georgia.
