From the docket records of the Walker County Sheriff’s Department, the following residents with Chattooga County addresses were arrested last week (December 15-21, 2010) on these charges:

Paul Anthony Smith, of South Long Hollow Road, Trion, simple battery under the Family Violence Act, obstruction or hindering law enforcement officers.
Kathy Lynn Bryant, of Haywood Road, Summerville, probation violation
