Mr. George Washington  Adams, age 77, of 1540 Starling Mill Rd., Lyerly, GA,passed away on Wednesday, July 20, 2011 at Floyd Specialty Hospital following an extended illness.

Funeral services will be held Sunday, July 24, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. at Pond Springs A.M.E. Zion Church with Rev. Donald E. Patterson, Pastor and  other ministers officiating. Interment will follow in Pond Springs Cemetery, Lyerly, GA.
