A Summerville man, Aaron Del Alexandre Inmon, 30, was arrested following a physical confrontation in the Walmart parking lot on November 15, according to the Chattooga County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies responded to reports of a domestic dispute involving two individuals inside a vehicle. Upon arrival, both parties acknowledged they had been involved in a physical altercation but said they did not wish to press charges.

During the investigation, officers learned that a bystander attempted to intervene and became involved in a verbal dispute with Inmon. During the exchange, Inmon allegedly took the bystander’s phone and threw it across the parking lot, causing damage.

Another witness at the scene confirmed that the phone had been taken during the argument and thrown.

Inmon was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Chattooga County Jail. He is charged with misdemeanor criminal trespass and interfering with an emergency call.

According to the report, Walmart store surveillance video also supported the accounts given to deputies.
