Summerville Seventh-day Adventist Church to Host Vacation Bible School July 6-10
Children in Chattooga County will have the opportunity to step back in time and experience life in ancient Rome during a week-long Vacation Bible School at the Summerville Seventh-day Adventist Church.
The program will be held Monday, July 6, through Friday, July 10, from 10 a.m. until noon each day at the church, located at 1759 Highway 114 in Summerville.
Organizers say children will enjoy Bible stories, games, crafts, music, snacks, and other hands-on activities designed to bring the early Christian church to life. The program is open to children ages 5 through 12. Children under the age of 5 are welcome to attend when accompanied by a parent, grandparent, or another responsible adult.
Vacation Bible School is free to attend, and organizers invite families throughout the community to take part in the week of faith, fun, and fellowship.
