Mrs. Linda Ruby Reece, age 65, of Summerville, GA died Sunday, September 16, 2012 at Kindred Hospital.

Mrs. Reece was born July 16, 1947 in Summerville, GA, the daughter of Margaret Moore Taylor Kinsey and the late Frank Taylor. She was a homemaker.

Mrs. Reece is survived by her husband, John R. Reece, JR; son and daughter-in-law, John R. Reece, III and Cindy Reece; daughters and sons-in-law, Rochelle and Mark Trammell, and Carol and Billy Joe Stephenson; mother, Margaret Kinsey; sisters, Judy Boyd and Betty Sue Hughes; 9 Grandchildren; and 15 Great Grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p. m. Wednesday, September 19, 2012 atMason Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Brian Durdran officiating. Burial will follow in West Hill Cemetery. Active pallbearers will be John Reece, IV, Justin Reece, Larry Nixon, Jason Reece, Johnathon Pritchett, and Gary Blankenship.

Mrs. Reece will be in state at Mason Funeral Home and the family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p. m. Tuesday, September 18, 2012.
