Mrs. Willadean “Nanny” Womack, age 81, of Summerville, GA died Tuesday, December 11, 2012 at Summit Nursing & Rehabilitation Center.

 

Mrs. Womack was born May 29, 1931 in Pikeville, TN, the daughter of the late

Ira Brock and Dora Hickbottom Brock.  She was a homemaker and a member

of Subligna Baptist Church.  Other than her parents, she was preceded in

death by her husband, Millard Womack; and 11 Brothers and Sisters.

 

Survivors include her children, Glenn Womack, Jack Womack, Shirley

Baugh, Kathy Grigsby, and Margie Cooper; 12 Grandchildren; and 39 Great Grandchildren.

 

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p. m. Thursday, December 13, 2012 at

Mason Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Carlos Brock officiating.  Burial

will follow in Subligna Cemetery.  Active pallbearers will be Steven Womack,

Tim Womack, Jeffery Womack, Stacey Womack, Chris Cooper, and

Michael Hughes.  Honorary pallbearers will be C J Miller,

Levi Hamilton, Matthew Miller, Jacob Thomas, Evan Womack, Gabriel

Womack, Timothy Hughes, Payton Biggerstaff, Jacob Biggerstaff, and Daniel Smith.

 

Mrs. Womack will be in state at Mason Funeral Home and the family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p. m. Wednesday, December 12, 2012.
