Mr. Billy Joe Myers Obit. (M) corrected

Mr. Billy Joe Myers, age 71, of Trion, GA died Sunday, March 3, 2013 at

Redmond Regional Medical Center.

Mr. Myers was born November 17, 1941 in Trion, GA, the son of the late

John Lafayette Myers and Emma Mae Wilkerson Myers. He was a former

employee of Mt. Vernon Mills. Other than his parents, he was preceded

in death by a grandson, Joey Randall Myers.

Mr. Myers is survived by his children, Billy Joe Myers, JR, Paul Myers,

Rhonda Jo Brammer, and Margie Boyd; 11 Grandchildren; and 3 Great

Grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p. m. Tuesday, March 5, 2013 from

the chapel of Mason Funeral Home with Rev. John Mann and Min. Jerome

Myers officiating. Burial will follow in Greenhills Memory Gardens.

Active pallbearers will be Wayne Myers, Jerome Myers, Steve Myers, Chris

Brammer, Lynsey Brammer, Rickey Boyd, and Paul Myers. Honorary

pallbearers will be Robert Collins, Mikey Collins, and Hank Evans.

Mr. Myers will be in state at Mason Funeral Home and the family will receive

friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p. m. Monday, March 04, 2013.
