Mrs. Betty Meers Kelley, age 82 of Cedar Bluff passed away Tuesday May 21^st at Riverview Medical Center. Graveside services will be 11:AM Friday at Mill Creek Cemetery, with Mark Cosby officiating. Pallbearers include Ronald Martin, Darrell Kelly, Steve Harris, Roger Haggard, Roy Wynn, & Gerald Green. Survivors include daughter: Gail (Paul) Daniel of Centre and Several nieces & nephews.She was preceded in death by her husband Hubert Ray Kelly.Mrs. Kelly was a native of Georgia, the daughter of the late James Ernest and Ollie Wofford Kelly and was a member of Cedar Bluff 1^st Baptist Church.  Perry Funeral Home Directing.
