MR. FRED BUDDY JOHNSON, age 73, of Tunnell Hill/Armuchee, Georgia passed away Tuesday afternoon in a Dalton, Georgia hospital. Born in Chattanooga, Tennessee on March 18, 1941, He was a son of the late Fred William and Flora Harvey Johnson. Mr. Johnson attended the Floyd Springs Baptist Church, a Veteran of the U.S. Navy, and was retired truck driver for Bentlin, Inc. He was preceded in death by sister, the late Willadene Hamill and a infant daughter the late Melissa Johnson.

Surviving are His wife, Amy Smith Johnson; daughter-Vicki Johnson of Rome; three Grandchildren, six Great Grandchildren; several Nieces and Nephews also survive.

Funeral services will be Sunday, March 30th, at 2:30 P.M. from the J. D. Hill Memorial Chapel of Earle Rainwater Funeral Home with Rev. Junior Williams and Rev. Dan Hyde officiating, interment in Lyerly Cemetery. Active Pallbearers James Hamill, Joseph Hamill, Cody Hamill, Jason Pillard, Grand Wallace, and Harry Bentley. The Family will receive friends Sunday from 12:30 P.M. until the service hour. Earle Rainwater Funeral Home in charge.
