Mrs. Barbara Ann “Bonnie” Jones, age 61, of Summerville, GA, died Tuesday, December 9, 2014, at her residence.

Mrs. Jones was born February 5, 1953, in Winder, GA, daughter of the late James William and Dorothy Gaddis Blackmon.  She was a homemaker and was of the Baptist faith.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her grandparents, Charlie and Fannie Blackmon.

Mrs. Jones is survived by her husband, Michael Jones; son, Rodney Jones; brother, Johnny Greene; sisters, Vickie Deering and Charlene Trammell; and grandchildren, Holley Jones and Brittany Shigekawa.

Funeral services for Mrs. Jones will be held at 2:00 P.M. Thursday, December 11, 2014, from the Mason Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Billy Wright officiating.  Interment will follow in the West Hill Cemetery.  Active pallbearers will be Jerry Deering, Derek Eckroat, Richard Blackmon, Bill Hardy, Jeff Hall, Jamie Ponder, William Channell, and Robby Hill.  Honorary pallbearers will be the Floyd Ambulance Service Personnel.

Mrs. Jones will be in state at Mason Funeral Home and the family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 P.M. Wednesday, December 10, 2014.
