Mrs. Hazel Louise Carter Spraggins, age 72, of Chatsworth, GA died Monday, February 9, 2015 at the residence of her daughter in Louisville, TN.

 

Mrs. Spraggins was born June 29, 1942, in Rome, GA, the daughter of the late James H. Carter and Helen Louise Rosson Carter.  She was a homemaker.  Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her 1st  husband, Doyle Winfred Burrage; 2nd

husband, Slim Spraggins; sister, Rosa Carter Byce; and great grandchild, Allysa Freeman.

 

Survivors include her children, Michael Burrage, Anthony Burrage, Roger Burrage, Sharon Davis, Sheila Radkiewicz, and Robin Patterson; brother, Tony Carter; sister, Joyce Reeves; 9 Grandchildren; and 9 Great Grandchildren.

 

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a. m. Thursday, February 12, 2015 at Mason

Funeral Home Chapel, with Pastor H. C. Mohan officiating.  Burial will follow in Ami Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Michael Burrage, Anthony Burrage, Brian Burrage, and Roger Burrage.

 

Mrs. Spraggins will be in state at Mason Funeral Home and the family will receive

friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 11, 2015.
