Mrs. Mary Esther Nunn, age 78 of Trion, GA passed away Thursday, November 17, 2016 at Pruitts Health Care @ Shepherd Hills in LaFayette, GA.  Mrs. Nunn was born

May 14, 1938 in Summerville, GA.  She was a member of the Trion First Baptist Church.  Mrs. Nunn loved keeping kids and also loved keeping the babies in the nursery at church.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Roland Scott Nunn and her father and mother, Alfred Collins Mount and Addie May Irene Bowers Mount.

     Mrs. Nunn is survived by her son and spouse, David and Lisa Nunn; her daughter, Marilyn Nunn; and uncle, Frank Bowers; cousins and nieces.

     Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday,

November 19, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. in the Petitt Chapel of Coffman Funeral Home with Dr. Warren Moorhead and Rev. Casey Bramlett officiating.  Interment will follow in West Hill Cemetery.

     Visitation will be on Saturday, November 19, 2016 at the Coffman Funeral Home where the family will receive friends from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m.

     Pallbearers will be Tim Chamlee, Chris Harris, Larry Bowers, Ted Bowers, Paul Purcell, Dale Wilson, and Dr. Gary Smith.  Honorary Pallbearers will be Billy Locklear  and Roy Bowers.

     The family will be at the residence of the daughter, Marilyn Nunn, South Pine Street, Trion, GA.  Flowers will be accepted or memorial contributions can be made to the Trion First Baptist Church, 95 Church Street, Trion, GA  30753.
