Margaret “Maw” Siffles,  age 68, of Summerville, GA, passed away Friday December 16, 2016, in Redmond Regional Medical Center.,
Mrs. Siffles was born Feb. 17, 1949, in Birmingham, AL, the daughter of the late Robert Benjamin and Peggy Lee  Owens Siffles.  She was a home maker  and preceded  in death by children, Patricia Hathcock, Keith Hathcock, Dennis Hathcock, Wilburn Ash, and grandchildren, Joannie Mae Hathcock, Jonathon Pierce, sister, Lee Ann Jo Siffles.
Survivors include her children, Vernon & Carrie Ash, Tim Hathcock & Bevely Wooten, Shannon Pierce & David Martin, Tina Hathcock & Casey Brown, Tammy Rector, sisters, Mary Siffles, Shirley McDonald, brothers, Roger Siffles, Bobby Siffles, Hollis Siffles, 11 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews also survive  Margaret “Maw” Siffles.
Funeral service will be held 12:00 Noon Monday December 19, 2016 from the Mason Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Steve Collins officiating with interment in the Summerville Cemetery.  Active pallbearers, Vernon Ash, Tim Hathcock, Hollis Sifffles, Jimmy Lee Hathcock, Jeremy Evans. Honorary pallbeares, david  Martin, Robert Jarrells, Dee Roberts, Jody Pendegrass.
Mrs. Sifflies will  be in state at the Mason Funeral Home and the family will receive friends Sunday from 6 to 8 p.m.
