Mr. Jerry Harold Dover, age 83, of Trion, GA, died Sunday, May 9, 2021, at Advent Health-Gordon Medical Center.

Mr. Dover was born August 22, 1937, in Menlo, GA, son of the late Lawrence Perry and Evelyn Coverington Dover.  Prior to his retirement, he was employed with Mount Vernon Mills and was a member of the quarter century club.

In addition to his parents, he is also preceded in death by his wife, Sammie Williams Dover.

He is survived by his companion, Louise Sprayberry; a step son, John B. Williams; brother, Paul Dover; sister, Sara Young.

Funeral services and visitation for Mr. Dover will be held privately.
