AdventHealth Redmond reached a significant construction milestone on August 13, celebrating a traditional Topping Out ceremony for its new Heart and Vascular Institute. The event marked the placement of the final steel beam, symbolizing the completion of the building’s structural framework and signifying a major leap forward for heart care in the Rome-Floyd County community and beyond.

Leadership and team members from AdventHealth Redmond, alongside partners from Brasfield & Gorrie, LLC, gathered to participate in the ceremonial placement. The Topping Out tradition, deeply rooted in construction history, not only signifies the physical rise of a new facility but also represents the elevation of advanced heart care services for the region.
