According to the incident report, Sheriff's Deputy Gary Campbell was dispatched to a domestic disturbance at a Maplewood Drive address. When he arrived at the the apartment complex he saw several people standing in front of the apartment building pointing toward an  apartment. When Campbell went up the stairs he saw Marcus Tyrell Creamer, a resident, and woman fighting in the entrance hallway.  Campbell reported that he told both to stop and tried to communicate with them but they continuedand then the woman got between Campell and  Creamer  and told Campbell not to hurt  Creamer .  Campell then reported pulling his tazer out and aimed it at both the man and woman when he was told the female was pregnant.. Meanwhile according to the report, the two were still fighting and the woman was protecting  Creamer .  Campbell said he could not get a clear shot at the man because of the woman. Creamer  then entered a bathroom off the hallway and the woman followed. Campbell  went to the bathroom door and the man was at the bath tub facing the door and the female was in front of him shielding him still telling Campbell not to hurt him. Campbell said he reholstered his taser, went in the bathroom toward the woman and pulled her out of the bathroom into the hallway. He then  reportedly  turned back to  Creamer and put him on the floor and subdued him against the sink vanity. Creamer was charged aggravated assault which is a felony.
