Mark Herndon, the drummer for the country group Alabama and Mentone, Alabama resident, has been sued by Randy Owen, Teddy Gentry and Jeff Cook for $202,670 according to the Associated Press.

Herndon was paid the money before the final accounting of Alabama’s 2003 Farewell Tour and now the rest of the members say there were no net sales revenues as defined in the contract and they want the money back.

The suit was filed in Ft. Payne in the Dekalb County Circuit Court in May.
