The Georgia State Patrol found a fugitive from justice on Rome on Tuesday
Daniel Ray Cochran, age 34 of Centre, was pulled over after troopers saw his vehicle did not have brake lights.
He was stopped at the intersection of Martha Berry Highway and Veterans Memorial where officers ran a check, and discovered that he had an active warrant for his arrest in Cherokee County, Alabama.
Cochran was taken into custody – charged with being a fugitive from justice, no brake lights and driving with a suspended license.
