A Chattooga County man Monday reported the sexual battery of his daughter. According to the Chattooga County Sheriff's Office report, the man says his daughter lives with her mother, but when he came home Monday she was at his house with some of her clothes. When he asked what was wrong, she reportedly told him that her mother's ex-husband had come into her room when she was in bed, rubbed her leg and asked for sex. The juvenile girl's age was not listed on the report. No arrest was reported being made on the report.
