Both candidates for Mayor of the City of Summerville sat down and talked with AM 118o about the upcoming election.  Incumbent Mayor Harry Harvey is being challenged by local pastor Chris Nixon.

Nixon told AM 1180 that he is challenging Mayor Harvey for the position because he wants to see changes in the way City government is conducted

Mayor Harvey says that he wants to continue to provide services to the residents of Summerville and make the City a better place
