For the past couple of days some of our web site users have experienced problems with accessing www.chattoogainfo.com .  According to the web hosting service, the DNS server updated which caused some people to not be able to log onto the web site.  The DNS server is the internet protocol server that translates the alphabetized web address into a numeric "IP" address.  

If you know of someone that continues to have problems accessing the web site, please tell them to try the following:

* Refresh their browser

* Re-start their computer

* Use a different internet browser (For example if you normally use Internet Explorer – try using Google Chrome, Mozilla or some other web browser)
