A domestic dispute between a former couple lead to the Police being called, and charges of criminal trepass filed.

Yesterday, Summerville Police officers responded to a Union Street address where they met with Ms. Britany Scoggins. Scoggins stated that her ex boyfriend, Daniel Scott had been over at her residence and an argument had ensued.

Scoggins tried to lock herself in her room to leave the argument, but Scott had busted it and caused damage to the door. Scott would not leave until Scoggins told him she was calling E-911, at which time he left.

Britany Scoggins did not want to press charges at this time, but did want a report on file.
