A forty-six-year-old Armuchee man was jailed this week after he entered the home of someone that had a temporary protection order against him.  According to Floyd County Jail reports, James Timothy Moore is charged with felony aggravated stalking after he violated the protective order on Thursday morning.  Moore was previously arrested last month on December 8th at the same address and on the same charges.
