A twenty-five-year-old Armuchee man has been charged with felony burglary after he entered a house he used to live in without permission.  Kyle Stewart Maddox is accused of taking two electric guitars that were worth $750, according to Floyd County Jail reports.  Maddox was charged with felony burglary and misdemeanor theft by taking and theft by deception.  The theft is said to have taken place in August of this year.  Maddox later sold one of the stolen guitars to the guitar store located on Highway 27 in Armuchee.  Maddox was booked into the Floyd County Jail on Tuesday of this week and was held on a $7,900 bond.
