A warehouse on Highway 140, Turkey Mountain Road, in the Armuchee Community has sold and the sale could mean more jobs for the area.
Hometown Headlines in Rome says up to 65 jobs could be associated with a substantial real estate closing in Armuchee.
The buyer is reported to be Think 360 Inc., which has offices in Decatur (Ga.) and elsewhere. The company “specializes in structures and assembly for trade shows with a wide variety of materials, offering infinite possibilities to our customers.”
The new owners plan an extensive remodel of the building.
