An Armuchee woman initially arrested last week on aggravated stalking charges is now facing additional counts of aggravated stalking, along with a misdemeanor charge of terroristic threats and acts, stemming from an alleged violation of a temporary protective order.

Shay Renea Williamson, 18, was reportedly re-charged following incidents detailed in Floyd County Jail records. Williamson was originally taken into custody on July 24 on the initial aggravated stalking charge.

According to those records, on July 23—the day before her initial arrest—Williamson allegedly contacted the victim in direct defiance of a court-issued temporary protective order. She is accused of placing an online food order with the restaurant where the victim is employed. Further, Williamson allegedly specifically requested the victim to be the delivery driver for the order.

The new charges also indicate Williamson sent the victim a threatening text message.
