A Shorter University Campus Safety employee used a car to stop six men from possibly stealing a golf cart on the night of Sunday, Jan. 16, reports stated.
According to Rome police reports:
The safety employee saw the six men on the golf cart in front of a campus building.
When they wouldn’t stop, he drove his silver Honda Civic in front of the cart and slammed on his brakes so they rear-ended him. He was unable to catch the suspects when they scattered.
