Mrs. Mitzi Nerise Chamlee-Jordan, age 53, of Summerville, GA, passed away Monday, April 30, 2018, at Redmond Regional Medical Center.

Mrs. Jordan was born November 16, 1964, in Atlanta, GA.  She was retired as a  Nursing Assistant with Sunshine Place.  Mrs. Jordan was preceded in death by her mother, Sylvia Willingham.

Mrs. Jordan is survived by her husband, Cary L. Jordan; sons, Tyler Chamlee and Jonathon Lewis, a sister, Terri Kirk; grandchildren, Kyler Jackson, Brandon Jackson, Leigh Jackson, Gunner Lewis, and Sadie Lewis.

Funeral services for Mrs. Jordan will be held at 3:00 P.M. Friday, May 4, 2018, at the chapel of Mason Funeral Home with Bro. Jeff Shaver officiating.

There will be no formal visitation.

Mr. Wayne Leon Pettyjohn, age 64 of the Spring Creek Community, passed away Wednesday, May 02, 2018 at his residence following an extended illness. Mr. Pettyjohn was born in Trion, Georgia on February 2, 1954, son of the late Luther Dewitt Pettyjohn and Nettie Ruth Keasler Pettyjohn.  He was a member of the Spring Creek Baptist Church, where he was active in the church choir. Funeral Services for Mr. Pettyjohn will be held Friday, May 4, 2018 at 2:00 P.M. in the Spring Creek Baptist Church with Pastor Chris Hollman, Rev.
