Burglary Reported On Cummings Road

The Chattooga County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a burglary that happened on Cummings Road last week.  A responding deputy spoke with the complainant, Debra Scoggins.  Ms. Scoggins said when she came to the residence, she found the back door kicked in with things strewn around the house. The complainant said that jewelry was missing from the house and tackle box was missing from a shed on the property.  The incident was turned over to an investigator.
