Bama Rising: A Benefit Concert for Alabama Tornado Recovery – will be held at Birmingham’s BJCC Arena on Tuesday, June 14th.

The group Alabama is spearheading that event – which will additionally feature performances by Brad Paisley, Sara Evans, Sheryl Crow and a host of others.

The Bama Rising Fund was established to support long-term recovery statewide following severe storms and tornados which devastated much of the state of April 27th.

Tickets are available through www.ticketmaster.com. Ticket prices range from $25 to $150; VIP packages will also be available – in addition to ticket sales funds will be raised through corporate sponsorships of the event.

And, Alabama’s own Teddy Gentry along with a number of special guests will be presenting two shows today Saturday (June 11th) – to benefit the DeKalb County Sheriff`s Reserve Disaster Relief Fund.

Those shows will be held at 7:00 & 9:00 that evening at the Ft Payne City Hall Auditorium – and admission is FREE.

Any donations made will be given to the DeKalb County Sheriff`s Relief Fund
